Through the impressive entrance to the house you enter an exceptionally spacious living room. The living space and the kitchen are in an open space ensemble. The living room includes areas for dining, relaxation, and entertainment, and a large fireplace. To the west of the living room is a veranda to which one gets through large French windows that form a unique and spacious passageway perfect for dinner parties. The house has two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious parlour accessible through the large one-vehicle garage. The living room and the bedrooms overlook the backyard garden and the pool. The veranda opens up to the large swimming pool in the centre of the garden, tiled with natural marble Pyrgos Light. The garden is spacious with lush exotic trees and flowers with space for deckchairs around the pool.
